    Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant-Commercial Division


    We are an established recruitment consultancy specialising in Permanent, Interim, Temporary and Executive Recruitment across a variety of specialist sectors. Due to continued growth and development we are currently recruiting for a consultant to join the HB Commercial division and take ownership of an area.     Purpose of the role
    You will work within our commercial division with the objective of maximising the personal fee income of your desk, achieving agreed revenue targets, activity thresholds and service expectations in line with the company values and best practice while relationship building and reputation development. You will be actively managing clients which already deal with the business from our long established relationships but also growing your brand in the sector and location. You will be expected to become a market leader in your space. The role will report to the Head of HB Commercial for Peterborough who has some vast networks for you to tap into and take ownership of some clients from.They will be a fantastic individual to develop from.

    We are looking for recruiters who have experience within a client and candidate facing role who have the appetite and desire to be the best at what they do. Keen to improve and coachable you will be comfortable being accountable and a track record of delivery. You will be a strong communicator, comfortable selling and happy engaging at all levels within businesses right up to board level.
