    Job title: HR Advisor
    Salary: £35,000-£40,000

    Location: Skelmersdale, West Lancashire

    Due to continued success, our global and fast paced client in Skelmersdale is looking for a solutions driven HR Advisor to join the team and provide generalist operational HR support.

    As a HR Advisor, you will be the go-to person for all things HR. You will collaborate closely with employees at all levels and play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment, driving performance, and fostering employee growth.

    Key responsibilities:
    *Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and fairness.
    *Lead on employee relations matters
    *Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    *Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
    *Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    *Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
    *Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating inductions.

    To be considered for the position:
    *You will have proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
    *Have a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    *Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    *CIPD certification is desirable but not necessary.
    *You will be happy with working x5 days per week onsite in Skelmersdale.
