HB Commercial are delighted to have partnered with an employer of choice in Sunderland.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking inbound calls from potential and existing customers who have queries or wish to make changes to their account.
You will have good all round communication skills and be proficient using a computer, making sure the customer experience is as seamless as possible.
What you will be doing
*Listening to and understanding the individual needs of each customer
*Developing a good relationship with all clients by providing a personal service and
undertaking regular contact calls to meet client requirements.
*Communicating by phone and email to deal with a wide variety of queries.
*Recording accurately all events/details and actions relating to specific individuals
on the database. Ensuring copies of all documents and letters which are sent
out/issued are retained on the client file.
To be successful in this role, it helps if you can demonstrate some customer service experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, however my client offers some of the best training and support in the industry, you will be given the opportunities to constantly self-develop, with a pathway into different departments with the business.
When you are in the offices, my client offers and warm and friendly working environment with newly refurbished modern offices, a subsided canteen, comfortable break out area and showers on site.
Hours of work are between 8 am -10 pm Monday to Friday, 8 am-6 pm on Saturday, and 9 am 5pm on Sunday.
